You may only place your orders from the website.

AUTOWIN24 will supply the products indicated in the Confirmation form of your Order according to the conditions set out in this document within a maximum period of 72 hours from the date of payment of the order.

Orders with delivery addresses in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and Portugal may experience a delay in delivery of 1 or 2 days.

Price of products

1. The price of the Products will be as indicated on your invoice.

Product Return Policy

Return period: 14 calendar days

Once your return has been received in our warehouses, we will check the condition of the product. If the product is damaged, used, or has missing items , AUTOWIN24 will have the right to make a depreciation of up to 30% since that product can no longer be sold as new.

In case of return, shipping costs will always be borne by the customer.

Product Warranty
