How long do I have to return my order?
  • You have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your intention to return the product.
Who is responsible for transportation costs?
  • In the event that the shipped product arrives defective or does not correspond to the order , shipping costs will be borne by AUTOWIN24 .
  • In the event that the product is not to your liking and you decide to return it or exchange it for a different one, the shipping costs will be paid by the Customer.
How long will it take to process the refund?
  • The amount of the product will be paid within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the withdrawal is communicated.
Requirements for returning an order
  • Be within the return period: 14 days from receipt of the product
  • Contact AUTOWIN24 Customer Service to inform them that you wish to return a product.
  • The product must retain its original packaging.
  • The product will be in perfect condition.
  • The product must be sent with all documentation included in the first shipment.
  • The product must be perfectly packaged to avoid damage and incidents during transport.
  • Once your return has been received in our warehouses, we will check the condition of the product. If the product is damaged, used, or has missing items , AUTOWIN24 will have the right to make a depreciation of up to 30% since that product can no longer be sold as new.
What if my invoice has not been sent with the order?
  • If you have not received the invoice for your order or simply want to have an extra copy, you can download and/or print it in your User Area at www.autowin24.com
  • You can also request an invoice for your order by sending an email to info@autowin24.com , providing the order or delivery note number.
Refund of the amount
  • The refund will be made through the same payment method as your order.
