3.- How does the purchasing process work?
- Purchasing at AUTOWIN24 is very easy and safe. In this section we explain step by step how to place your order.
- When you enter www.autowin24.com, you will see at the top all the categories in which we have classified our products to make your search as simple and practical as possible. You can also check exclusively for news, highlights and offers.
- When you see an item that interests you, you can check its technical data sheet with the characteristics, photographs and videos (if available). Then press the green 'Add' button. If it is your first time buying, you will have to fill out a simple form with the basic data necessary for shipping, and you will then be registered as a customer. You only have to do this process the first time; for other occasions, logging in with your email address and personal password will be enough to make your purchase. Before confirming the order, you can always check your basket and add or remove items as you wish.
- When you see that you have already chosen everything you wanted, press the 'Place order' or 'Finalize purchase' button; either of these buttons will take you to the 'Shipping information' phase, where you can confirm the delivery address, the shipping method, and add any comments you deem appropriate.

8.- Do the prices include VAT?
- All prices you find on our website (both for products and shipping) include the VAT applicable in each country. In countries exempt from VAT, the price of the products and shipping will appear without said tax.
- You will never pay an amount that was not already stipulated and perfectly clear. No surprises.
- As regards VAT, the general rule is 21% for the territory of the European Union. In any other country, VAT will not be charged, but the customs systems of each country will apply the corresponding tax charges, which will be borne by the buyer.
- Purchases made from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are exempt from VAT, although customs fees and import taxes are not included in the price of the products or shipping.
- Prices in other currencies shown on the website are the result of applying the daily exchange rate with respect to the Euro, so there may be possible fluctuations. These prices are indicative.

9.- Is my order insured?
- Yes. At AUTOWIN24 we take out insurance for each and every order that leaves our warehouse, regardless of its destination. So if there is a problem during transport, it will not be a problem for you. Let us know the problem and we will take care of the rest.
10.- I have forgotten my password.
- In the customer access menu that you will find on the right side of the store, you can click on “Forgot your password?”, and by simply leaving us your email address, we will provide you with the password so that you can access the website.
11.- How can I modify my account information?
- If you want to change any of your customer account details, it's very simple and convenient. Enter your email address and password in the section on the right called 'My account'. You'll see that you have several options to check your purchases, notifications, etc. One of these options is 'Edit', from which you can change any details you want: address, phone number, etc.
12.- What if I want a product that is out of stock?
- We will do our best to ensure that all products on display are available; however, for various reasons beyond our control, this is something we cannot guarantee. Therefore, if you want to purchase a product that is temporarily out of stock, you can leave us your email and we will notify you as soon as that product arrives in our warehouse.
13.- Can I have my order come without an invoice because it is a gift?
- Of course. You just have to request it by writing an email to info@autowin24.com and we will take care of sending you the invoice by alternative means (regular mail or email).
14.- What happens if I am not at home when the carrier arrives with my order?
- Peninsula: If the delivery of the order fails because you are not at the indicated address, our transport company will call you by phone to make a new delivery at the time you agree.
